Attached is the AFSCME legislative agenda as approved by the Council 18 Executive Board this past Saturday, January 16.  Please read it thoroughly, particularly the revenue section, because it will provide you with most of the talking points we'll be using this session.  Print out a copy and/or save it to your computer so that if you're doing a letter to the editor, emailing a legislator, or just calling a legislator you can have some of the ideas and numbers in front of you.

Also, keep sending me member email addresses and names so we can add them to the list.  Remember, private email addresses are always better, and if you want to add a private email address for yourself let me know.  There is definitely strength in numbers, and the more people who know what's going on and know to call, email, attend rallies, write letters to the editor, call into radio shows, etc., the stronger our case.  Mil gracias!  --Carter
