Did you know every seven minutes a woman is diagnosed with gynecologic cancer That's 88,000 mothers, sisters, wives, and daughters in 2012 alone
Thanks to early detection and prevention, five-year survival rates in New Mexico for cervical, ovarian, and uterine cancers is approaching 72 percent.
New Mexico has a strong and extensive support network for cancer survivors. Resources can be found on the People Living Through Cancer website at www.pltc.org
